Masters (degree description):
The MS degree in computer engineering provides students with a high level of specialized knowledge in computer technology engineering, strengthening their ability to successfully formulate solutions to current technical problems, and offers a significant independent learning experience in preparation for further graduate study or for continuing professional development at the leading edge of the discipline. The program accommodates applicants with undergraduate degrees in computer technology engineering or related programs such as computer engineering.
Plan of Study (study mode):
The degree requires two years of study, the first one includes two semesters, and each semester includes seven courses with its corresponding practical study. The second year is dedicated for thesis with a faculty adviser in order to answer a fundamental science/engineering question that contributes to new knowledge in the field. Students formulate the problem under the faculty adviser’s guidance and conduct extensive quantitative or qualitative analyses.
